The minimum order quantity is one truckload. The number of tents that can fit in one truck varies based on the canvas glamping tent model. For instance, the most popular model, Safari 24, can fit 25-30 tents without a floor, 10-15 tents with a floor, or 8-12 tents with both a floor and furniture.
How to clean the glamping tent?
Our canvas glamping tent is made of poly-cotton fabric that requires regular cleaning every six months or as needed. Use a sponge or soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap. Avoid aggressive cleaning products or pressure washers, as they can damage the fibers and the water-repellent coating.
How to clean the roof of a glamping tent?
The roof and the protective strip at the base are made of PVC, which is easy to clean. Clean every three months or as needed. Usually, warm water, a soft sponge, and a mop with a telescopic handle are sufficient. For heavier dirt, use mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners like bleach, as they can damage the material, cause discoloration, or leave stains.

Do I need to disassemble the tent for winter?
We offer glamping for sale with our tents that are designed to withstand cold weather and can remain set up under snow throughout winter. However, consider the specific climate of your location. If your tent is in a coastal or storm-prone area, we recommend disassembling it for seasonal storage.
How to prepare the tent for seasonal conservation?
If you decide not to disassemble the tent for winter:
check and tighten the roof using ratchet locks if necessary.
Remove mattresses, bedding, textiles, decor, and any items susceptible to moisture.
Close all windows and tighten the tent fabric to avoid sagging.
How to store the tent?
We recommend storing tents in dry, well-ventilated areas. Ensure the tent is clean and completely dry before packing it for storage to avoid mold or mildew. If drying outdoors is difficult, spread the tent indoors or in another dry space, open all doors and vents, and let it air-dry. If space is limited, hang individual tent components to dry.
